FayCo Sport & Spine is an outpatient physical therapy practice specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports injuries. Whether you are a retiree, rancher, parent, or athlete – we understand how important it is to help you “get back in the game” as quickly and safely as possible. Our approach is to create a treatment program for YOU that optimizes YOUR body’s ability to heal. Prompt, appropriate treatment can contribute to a faster recovery, which means returning sooner to work, daily activities, hobbies, or sports.
We accept most insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Baylor Scott & White, and Aetna. If we do not currently accept your insurance, let us know and we will do our best to get contracted with them.
