At FayCo Sport & Spine we are equally as passionate about returning you to your fitness level as we are helping you maintain your fitness level. We offer fitness memberships starting at $35/month/person for individuals 16 years of age and older.

Individual ($35/month)

This plan covers one individual.

Couple ($55/month)

This plan covers partners or 1 Parent + 1 Child (14-20yrs) who live in the same household.

FAQs

  • Each membership will be given an individualized pin number to enter the building for after hour entrance. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES may a member allow another individual to enter who has not filled out a liability release form. Members are also prohibited from sharing their pin number with others. Doing so will result in de-activation of the pin and the membership will be cancelled without possibility of renewal.

  • Personal training will not be provided by staff though we are happen to answer any fitness related questions you may have. We can also provide tutorials on how to use the equipment.

  • Members must be 16 years of age to access the facility

  • There are multiple payment options to best fit your needs. You can pay in person using a credit card, check, or cash. You can also set up recurring payments online by selecting the appropriate membership plan above.

    If you would like to change payment settings, update billing, or change the card on your account, please call the main number at 361-865-7677.

    Memberships are billed on a monthly basis. If you do not sign up for auto-draft, your pin will be deactivated at the end of your 30 days if you do not bring payment for the next month.
