Our Team

  • Aaron Gray, PT, DPT

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University in 2016, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University in 2021. After working in the San Antonio area, he felt called to return to his wife’s hometown of Flatonia, Texas, to build something deeply personal — a practice that reflects both clinical excellence and true community care.

Aaron envisioned  a space where patients are treated as people with stories, goals, and purpose. “Every patient has a story — my job is to listen, understand, and use the best practice to meet your goals,” he says. That philosophy is the cornerstone of his practice.

Aaron is the only physical therapist in the tri-county area certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), a respected system for rapid relief of spine and musculoskeletal disorders. He is also one of the few local providers offering dry needling.

At the heart of Aaron’s work is a deep commitment to helping people reclaim their movement, confidence, and independence. Whether you’re an athlete, a working professional, or simply someone looking to move without pain, Aaron’s goal is to make you feel heard, cared for, and empowered throughout your recovery journey. At FayCo Sport & Spine, it’s not just about treatment — it’s about restoring your quality of life.

  • Leanna Gray, Director of Operations

Leanna earned her Bachelor’s of Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University in 2016 and her Master’s of Education in 2018. While Aaron completed his doctorate program she taught 7th grade science and coached volleyball, basketball, and track at Clack Middle School in Abilene, Texas. After welcoming their first son, she decided to stay home and work remotely for a company in Boston leading their Business Development department. She now oversees business operations for FayCo Sport & Spine.

Additionally, Leanna spearheads the FayCo Sport & Spine Scholarship 5K, a scholarship awarded to graduating FISD seniors who are pursuing post-secondary education, training, or certifications. The 5K has raised over $7,000 since its conception in 2024.

Leanna also accepted the position of Program Director with LGVA, a faith based volleyball club based in La Grange, TX. The intersection of faith and sports is a deep passion of Leanna’s, and she is excited to return to club volleyball in this capacity.
